Victoria Mooring Management Agents

Parks Victoria – Local Port Manager Parks Victoria:is the local port manager for the designated port of Port Phillip and Western Port and is required to undertake statutory functions as Local Port Manager under Section 44 of the Port Services Act 1995. Parks Victoria oversees a wide range of on water commercial activities that include berthing and mooring, manages over $200m of bays assets such as piers and navigation aids, fulfils an important on-water education and compliance role, coordinates bay events and provides vital resources for a range of maritime incident responses under the states emergency management framework.


Western Australia Mooring Management Agents

The Swan River Trust was established in 1989 and constituted under the Swan River Trust Act 1988. In September 2007 the Swan and Canning Rivers Management Act 2006 and associated legislation came into effect, replacing the previous Act.
