NATIONAL MOORINGS NETWORK
The National Moorings Network aims to connect moorings managers throughout Australia to exchange experience, knowledge and best practice on moorings design, management and policy.
The National Moorings Network developed through a series of moorings forums hosted by the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority in June 2008. The forums facilitated informal discussions and exchanges of best practice between government representatives from Queensland, Victoria, Western Australia and New South Wales.
Managers from Commonwealth, State and local government agencies, Non-Government from all Australian States and even in other parts of the world are welcome to join the network!
